Enhance JobsMalaysia Portal to include employment in Iskandar Malaysia

The job portal enhancement will facilitate the automatic matching of job seekers (either in Malaysia or overseas) to career opportunities in Iskandar Malaysia through key criteria such as job experience, skills, qualifications, remuneration expectations, etc.

This will also improve the quality of employment information in Iskandar Malaysia as career opportunities in the region will then be available on the Iskandar Malaysia website.

Set up a JobsMalaysia One Stop Centre in Iskandar Malaysia

A physical location for jobseekers and employers that offers the same services as the online portal with assistance from JobsMalaysia advisors. Additional services include interview room and training hall facilities.

Organise Career Fairs

Through extensive advertising and promotions of the event, Manpower Division of the Ministry of Human Resources and IRDA guarantee a high flow of graduates and experienced jobseekers, offering investors an opportunity to increase their company profile and screen through potential candidates immediately.

Talent Development Programmes

The objective of these programmes are to assist in the employment of fresh graduates and existing jobseekers as well as the up-skilling and re-skilling of the existing workforce to face the current economic challenges.
